New Delhi: Pakistan's closeness with China is not hidden from the world. It is not that it affects the Islamic nation very much, but they have paid a lot for this friendship. Even after repeated warnings on the nefarious strategy against India along the Line of Control, the Financial Action Task Force put it on the 'gray list' following allegations of terror-funding. Pakistan is constantly conducting military exercises with China, a place that is not far from India's coastal borders.

Islamabad is followed by five French-designed Agosta-class submarines, three of which are upgraded versions with AirIndependent Power (AIP) technology, which are seen by Chinese ships.

Currently, Pakistan is adding eight Chinese-builtType-039B Yuan class warships to its fleet and the submarines it now appears clear indicators of cooperation between Islamabad and Beijing to share military knowledge and hardware.
