7 Days Diet Plan to lose weight quickly

Lucknow: Losing weight is not an easy task. Females often start dieting and doing extra workouts before a particular function so that they get fit in their desired dress. If you also want to lose weight quickly in just a week then by following this below diet plan for seven days, you can easily lose your weight.

Diet Plan-1

Start your day by drinking a glass of boiled water or having a cup of green tea. After some time, start doing morning walk or jogging. This will help you in reducing fat. You must add oats or cornflakes in your daily breakfast for a healthy start of the day. After a gap of 2-4 hours, you can have a small bowl of porridge. The fibre present in porridge will help in keeping your stomach full. And for dinner, having boiled vegetables can be a great option.

Diet Plan-2

Start your day with a glass of water. After this, you can sip some hot black tea or green tea. For breakfast, you can have a big bowl of soup which contains fibre-rich vegetables. You can eat two slices of brown bread for lunch and can also have a bowl of soup with it. 

You can drink green tea in the evening as green tea will not just energize your day but will also benefit you with heart and health. Avoid other types of tea or coffee. For dinner, you can eat a sandwich made of vegetables. Brown bread is a healthy option always.

Apart from these diet plans, you must do exercise or yoga for about 30 minutes daily. Do not skip breakfast otherwise, one can feel weakness. Avoid adding sugar to anything you eat for effective results. Lastly, keep in mind that not everyone has the same body. Someone can lose three or more kilos of weight by following this diet, while some people may be able to lose less than that with this diet.
