New Zealand players gone under self isolation after returning from Australia

New Zealand: The New Zealand cricket team has been put under the 14 days of isolation after returning from Australia. The team returned from Australia after the three-match ODI series which was cut short due to coronavirus outbreak. The series called off after the first game of the series, won by Australia. 

 

The prime minister Jacinda Ardern directed 

to all the players and staff to self isloate for about two weeks amid coronavirus outbreak. 

Following the advise the New Zealand Cricket (NZC) confirmed on Thursday that all the 15 players and supporting staff has gone into the self quarantine. Whereas, other staff is directed to work from home. 

 

While, Kiwis left Australia after the Chappell-Hadlee Trophy ODI series was postponed until any further notice. The team suffered a 71-run loss in the first ODI match in Sydney.
