Pakistan Foreign Minister says India will launch an attack between April 16 & 20

SUKIRTI MISHRA 07/04/2019 18:31 PM

Karachi. Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi told the sources that “reliable intelligence” has reported that India will attack Pakistan again between April 16 and 20. Without being specific about the evidence, Qureshi said that Pakistan PM Imran Khan has consented to share this information with the country.

The tension between the two nuclear-armed neighbours has appeared to soften after the February impasse. On February 14th, Pakistan based militants in Kashmir martyred 40 paramilitary personnel through suicide car bombing. The risk of conflict rose on February 27th, after India launched an air strike on a militant training base.

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan accused India’s ruling party BJP for “whipping up war hysteria” over claims that India shot down a Pak F-16 during the standoff.
