200 participants showcase talent in "Way to Stage"

Lucknow. Capital Public school, Jankipuram hosted the 2nd audition round of “Way to Stage” which was organized by the Endowment Artedu Foundation on 31.3.2019. The event witnessed 200 participants of around 40 schools, college play schools, music and dance academies like Bhatkhnade, Thomas Academy, CMS Aliganj, Manjari Institute of music and fine arts etc. The participants showcased their artistic talents through various forms of performing arts.


Various dance performances like Kathak & Bharat Naytam, singing performances based on Indian Ragas, along with western music and dance were showcased in the event. The show was hosted by Ms. Apoorva Shukla and Mrs. Sunita. While stage management was undertaken by Mr. Ashish Dayal Shah and Mr. Pramod.

Post the auditions, Mr. Jay Tiwari, the program director, briefed media regarding the concept of the show. He said that due to lack of proper training and availability of platforms, the people are not able to showcase their talent.


Ms. Apoorva Shukla informed the financial problems being faced by the organisation due as they are solely dependent on their own resources because of being an NGO. She added that a grand finale is being planned to distribute prizes and certificate to winners of all categories.
