Jashn-e-yuva programme held in SHEROES

Lucknow.Yeh Ek Soch Foundation organised a Youth Festival “Jashn-e-Yuva” in SHEROES Cafe, Gomti Nagar Lucknow on 29th March 2019. Jashn-E- Yuva is led by  youth volunteers who have been part of learning and leadership experiences facilitated by YES. It also represents a leadership journey that they are on and their resolve to make the world a better place for everyone.


This year, the initiative “YES Talk - Aao Baat Karein” was inaugurated on the theme of Peace and Harmony. Program started with SDGs questionnaire followed by a panel discussion “YES Talk – Aao Baat Karien’’ in which the panelists Sharad Patel from Badlav, Byomkesh Mishra from Medha Foundation, Ambareen Abdullah from Kaitley, poet and writer Hafeez Kidwai, Sunita Paul from Yash Papers shared their thoughts and experiences. “YES Talk – Aao Baat Karien” is a special initiative by YES Foundation in which a platform is given to those young people who have been engaged in different social spheres like education, employment, peace & harmony. Every year, YES organises an event under YES Talk - Aao Baat Karein on different themes, where young people share their views, ideas, observations & experiences.


At the end, Kavi Sammelan/Mushayara was organised on the theme of peace & harmony in which poets/writers Gaurav Dixit Masoom, Ahmad Ali Khan, Zoheb Farooqui, Kshitij Kumar & Salman Khayal filled youth with full of excitement & joy with their historical poetics.The Mushayara segment was beautifully moderated by Qamar Abbas, cultural programs were also organised.
